You must book a minimum 4 hours to reserve this space. 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. 

CANCELATION POLICY

Private Bookings
50% of amount paid will be returned if your event is cancelled 3 week prior to the date of your event.
$75 non-refundable cleaning fee is applied to all events. No exception!
$50 late fee per 30 minutes, beginning 5 minutes after your scheduled end time.
$100 CASH deposit due at the time of your arrival to be held for incidentals, accidents or late fees that may occur. It will be returned at the end of your event if the above does not apply.

If YOU Cancel a Public Event
1. You may transfer your purchase for a public event to  another person to attend that event. Or you may apply your purchase to attend a future event for equal or lesser value within 60 days of the original event with a 48 hours advance notice.
2. All changes made without a 48 hour notice are nonrefundable and non exchangeable. 

If MBD Cancel a Public Event
Public events with less than 6 registered participants will be canceled and guest will be notified. Guests will be given an option to transfer to another public event of their choice for equal or lesser value or may transfer to another guest. This option will be good for six months from the date of the cancelled event. If an event is cancelled due to weather for the safety of our guests and staff, the cost of the class will be refunded back in the form of a MBD credit to be used for a future public craft event at Mine by Design Craft Studio.
