Registration Deposit?
A $150 non refundable registration deposit plus a $75.00 cleaning fee (not applied toward party cost) is required to reserve all private party dates and times. These fee are non-refundable, non-transferable. Registration fee will be applied towards your total party cost.

What can I bring to my private party?
MBD has everything you’ll need to have an amazing party! There is available space for you to bring food, drinks and personal items such as gifts, raffle prizes etc... for private events only. 

Will there be an instructor?
MBD will have an instructors for your private party to provide you with step by step guidance.  We are here to help you create your amazing craft to show  your creative personality, all while enjoying fun and laughter with your guest

How much does each guest pay?
Craft project pricing start at $35 per person and goes up, depending on the craft project chosen. Guests will  be able to purchase a seat for private as well as public events online via our website at: www.MineByDesign.Love. (yes, that's .Love) Event organizers will receive a link for their guest to register and make payments online. Organizers can also pay the total cost of your party in advance.

Can I book a public event at the last minute?
For public events, guests will be allowed to purchase seats on the day of the event as long as the system allows.

Is there a minimum number of guests required?
We require a minimum of 20 guests for private craft parties. All guest should be present at least 15-20 minutes before the instruction of the craft project begin. MBD will start promptly at the time designated and is not responsible for assisting late arriving guest.

How long will my event last?
Parties generally last two and a half to three hours long, depending on the craft chosen and the type of event. For private parties, the host should arrive 45 minutes to an hours prior to the event start time to set-up any personal items. Organizer should advise their guest to arrive 15-20 minutes before event start to have time to enjoy treats and socialize before instruction starts. All instructions start promptly at the scheduled time.

Can my Friends and I sit together during a public events?
Of course, as long as they have paid in advance!

What is the cancellation policy?
There are NO REFUNDS. (Please see full cancellation policy in the General Information section)

What if the public event is cancelled?
Public events with less than 7 registered participants are subject to be canceled and all guest notified. Guests will be given an option to transfer to a other public event of their choice for equal or lesser value or may transfer to another person. This option will be good for six months from the date of the cancelled event. Guest will also be offered additional credits for the inconvenience. If an event is cancelled due to weather, for the safety of our guests and staff, the cost of the class will be refunded back in the form of a MBD credit to be used at a future event at Mine by Design.
